    Andy Dooley’s heart for people is evident in his committed involvement in the local community as a mentor for high school students and as a youth director at Elevation Church in Matthews, North Carolina.  

    The culmination of his fitness experience and involvement in his community has gained him national recognition. From hundreds of instructors, one passionate fitness professional emerged and Andy became the 2016 Face of ReebokONE and 2017 Guinness World Record holder (Most Burpee pull ups by a male in a minute), He has contributed to multiple magazines, and companies sharing his balance of faith and fitness.

    Andy and his wife have devoted their life to loving God, loving people, and building the local church. They have two daughters and one son Hope, Skylee and Andy II. 


    Tiffany Dooley has over 10 years of experience pastoring and teaching multi-generational and multi-ethnic audiences. For several years, she served as a teaching and campus pastor under the leadership of Judah & Chelsea Smith at The City Church (now Churchome) in Seattle, WA, where she also oversaw a youth facility in the inner city. 
    In 2010, she and her husband Andy moved to help Pastors Jude and Becky Fouquier plant The City Church Ventura. For eight years Tiffany served in a variety of roles ranging from school principal to Associate Dean of California Coast Bible College in Ventura, CA. Just recently she and her family moved to North Carolina to pursue a Youth Director position at Elevation Church. 
    Tiffany is passionate about seeing people encounter the love of Jesus. Her humor and love for the Word bring life and power to every message she preaches. Tiffany and Andy have three children, Hope (6) and Skylee (4) and Andy II (2).


    Spencer serves as the Youth Pastor at Rock Church Halifax. Together with his wife Sarah, they lead the youth ministry at Rock — Shiloh Youth. A self-described book nerd, Raptors fan, and coffee lover, you can often find him tucked away at his favourite spot Apartment 3 Espresso Bar
    Spencer is passionate about getting students connected in the local church through relationships with friends, youth leaders, and Jesus. His heart is to see his generation get a firm grasp on the Gospel, in the head and the heart. Spencer graduated from Acadia Divinity College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Theology.

Q. Who can attend Shiloh Fest? 

A. Shiloh Fest is a youth conference open to junior high students, high school students and college/university aged students.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. Early bird (May-June 30) is $40.  Regular rate (July-August 16) is $50.  At the door is $55.

Q. What meals are included in registration price?

A. Shiloh Fest will be providing snacks throughout the weekend and lunch on Saturday.

Q. Are accommodations included in the registration price?

A. Groups and individuals are responsible for finding their own lodgings. 

Q. Can I get a refund?

A. Once a payment is made, refunds cannot be processed but in the event of a cancellation, registration fees may be transferred to a new name.

Q. Will we need extra money?

A. Extra money can be used for merch, free time, and dinner on Saturday night.

Q. Can I register without a group?

A. We are happy to welcome both individual and group registrants.

Shiloh Fest is an annual youth conference hosted by Rock Church

in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  This is two days full of fun and memorable

moments, featuring dynamic music from the Shiloh Band & Rock Church

Worship, engaging youth speakers, and more. Our goal is to host a weekend

event where youth from all around the Maritimes can come together be

transformed by the Gospel, experience God's presence, and be sent

back into their school year inspired to make a difference for Christ.
